PC Blackouts By Itself

Hey there,
I have a HP All In One 300 Desktop,
But it keeps ''Blackout'' By itself every 15-30 Minutes, ( Sometimes Randomly)
and after it blacksout, the pc will be unable to restart back for around 10 minutes!

Brought it to some Repair Shop but it didn't blackout there so they couldn't check the problem,
then brought it To HP Centre, they tried fixing it but the same problem came back after 3 days.

Paid RM 78 to HP Centre for actually I'm not really sure what they did,

The PC is around 2 years old,
Anyone know's whats the problem?

Planning to bring the pc back to the HP Centre again to fix,

So frustrated on what to do with this!
Can't even trade in or use it for myself.
Even trade in price will be only worth 300-400 bucks which I bought for around 4.5k during tt time.

Anyone experienced with this kind of problem or any recommendation on service places?

Details : Participate will be given a certain amount of time to improvise on stage either by cat walking, performing, ect. (Free style) This competition is for open for single. No pairing.

Rules : No regulation on props.Performance must not contain vulgar, excess, and pornographic themes.

Judging : Everyone participating anime annexation will be given a chance to be a judge, 50% will be drawn out from public votes and another 50% will be done by Seri Pajam's Judges.
