need help guys....i cant enter my user profile...when i enter the pswd,it stated "the User Profile Service service failed the logon" "user profile cannot be loaded" what is the problem and solution...help me

hye there....im in dilema.wanna ask guys.....im mechanical eng degree graduates.currently im getting 2 job offer....

1)Maybank as Financial Counselor...job is about doing sales of takaful product.basic salary is about 1k starting,others mostly based on sales...its permanent position so will get all the benefit from maybank too...working hours is office hours,sometimes must go outside to meet clients...working day mon to friday,sometime saturday.depends....

2)QC engineer at Asahi Kosei, japanese company mainly manufacturing...basic salary 2+++ plus ot.working hours is about 10 hours per day,5 days per week.no shift (they said).need to work some of the public holidays....sometimes need to do ot and work on saturday but will be paid....benefit lebih kurang at maybank but maybank is more strong company i guest....

which 1 should i choose and why?if u hv frens that working from this area also can share here....thanks guys

hi all....wanna ask u guys. my lappy cant connect internet,stated "limited access" but my brother lappy can connect,no problem at all. ill try to troubleshoot it,it appears "problem found - the diagnostics policy service is not running". why is it happen? never hapen this before....need help urgently. thanks guyz

hye all...wanna ask sumthing.i cant play fifa 12,the error appear

"the program can't start because d3dx9_41.dll is missing.try reinstall."

then i go to microsoft website n download the directx file.then,when i wan 2 to install it,the errors appear

"a cabinet file necessary for installation cannot be trusted.please verify the Cryptographic Services are enabled and the cabinet file certificate is valid."

what should i do now?how to solve it?

hye...im doing a research about hybrid cars in Malaysia.can anybody tell me why malaysian less interested to buy hybrid car compared to european country? whats the pros n cons of hybrid cars? if its expensive,then y they can afford to buy other normal expensive car? any journals/articles/newspapers/trusted source to prove it? realy needs your help here

ive plan 2 buy a new laptop with quite a high specs.the laptop can run games like fifa 2011,autocad,adobe Photoshop, programming softwares - eclipse/oracle/VB/netbeans/apache/mysql at one time without lagging...

my budget is around rm2.7k max.which model n specs do u prefer?how about da hardware quality,service if got prob,etc...tq

hola...wanna ask all da pro here....

i got pentium 4 pc.actully i haven't use for 3-4 month because im using a laptop.the problem is,when i switch on da plug,my cpu automatically turn on b4 i switch the on button.then all da date will turn to year 2004 everytime i turn off it eventho i already change it to the current time.why r?
i already change da cmos battery but it still da same.some of my fren said that its a mobo prob....realy need some help here

1)intel or amd dual core
2)graphic 512MB (ATI or Nvidia)
