How to avoid blacklisted being car guarantor

I am asking here on behalf of my friend.

1. His ex wife bought a car and he is the guarantor before divorce.

2. After divorce, ex wife took the car and her own use.

3. Ex wife should continue paying the loan but hasn't been paying the loan for 3 months.

4. My friend, who is the guarantor, was being called by bank to pay the loan.

5. He tried to contact with the ex wife but she lies about paying the loans and even whatsapp him fake bank in slip.

6. He tried to settle with his ex wife by selling the car but no reply from ex wife.

Has anyone face this kind of situation before and what can my friend do to avoid from being blacklisted?

I have one house, which is my first house which i bought 5 years ago (2009). I have not done any withdrawals from kwsp before. Can i still get back my 20k first deposit?

I've called kwsp, they do not allow money to withdraw for reno. I dont understand on how to withdrawal.

Usually the withdrawal, do they bank in to you, or they add the fund to you loan account?

Anyone can tell me how to withdraw?

As the biggest branch in Kota Kinabalu, why do they not accept credit cards or debit cards?

I was so mad, that I had to drove miles away to meet my brother when he said they do not accept credit cards. That I have to leave my house and meet him to give him the cash. Suppose he can just pick it up at drive thru with his debit card! Ridiculous right!

Lets be honest, couldn't they afford a credit card machine? I mean seriously! Pizza Hut has them, KFC too, why not f****ng MCDONALDS!!

If ya wanna make a convinient fast food station, when you built a building and floors just to station at this one place, would you please get a credit card machine or an ATM machine so that your customer has the convenient to go there to get a fast snack when they forgot to bring cash! Geesss....

Is it KK is the only place they don't offer credit cards payment?

Ps. I'm so mad, am not even sure this is the right place to post!

Hi, after a few days of reserving this person, i believe this guy is trying to scam users in this adpost.

Why am i suspecting the person is trying to scam?

1st. Chincillas is one kind of animal that may cost above rm500-rm2000 or more each, while he is giving out for RM50 each. Do you think it's too cheap?

2nd. After i message this person, he wanted to give me the Chincillas for FREE, even i never ask for free.

3rd. This person claimed that he's a very busy person and do not have time to take care of the animal, so he's giving out for free. He also said he has no time to meet up and insisted me to Pay USD80 for a transportation Fees for him to send the Chincillas to my home. But i insist to go to his house and ask him a contact number. He do not wan to give me his address and he gave me a international line number which i believe from India. I do believe this guy is an Indian.

4th. I asked him to send a few photos of the chincillas. I received the picture and i discovered that i have seen this few photos in the Internet. It means those photos are not his and it belongs to others.

Please do not fall for this guy's Trap. There is no FREE LUNCH in this world.
