CIMB very lousy - can't change address

Was holding a CIMB savings account. Then I moved residence. Request to change correspondence address at a branch of my residence area. Rejected because have to do it at original branch where I opened the account. Really very lousy system. They expect me to spend two days and a few hundred bucks just to get the address change. Then tried to terminate account also can't because also have to do it at original. WTH.

Any idea how to do it? File feedback to Bank Negara?
