LOL <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif' /><!--endemo-->) (but I want it to be able to run demanding upcoming 2011/2012 games at 1080p)<br />- Cinema 4D and 3Ds Max user.<br /><br /><br />I hope that a 6-core i7-970 is sufficient CPU for demanding multi-threading tasks that I might need to perform on my home computer.<br /> <br /><br /><b>From my calculation:</b><br /><br />Intel i7 - 970 (6 core)<br />Asus Sabertooth<br />Kingston HyperX 16GB or 24GB<br />WD Black Caviar<br />CM HAF X<br />CM Silent Pro Gold or Pro M - 800W<br />CM V6GT<br />ATI HD 6870<br /><br /><b>RM 5500. </b>So my budget will be around <b>RM 5K to RM 6.5K or more if needed.</b> but prefer lower price at best performance.<br /><br />I&#39;ll buy this at Lowyat after Raya Haji , next week. so if you have suggestion where I should go that would be great. <br /><br />p/s: I&#39;m a graphic designer, not a techy guy and I don&#39;t really know about hardware especially the compatibility.
