Can i sign my SNP etc when i am not in Malaysia ?

Hi all,

I just signed my loan application recently. When i approach my lawyer firm, it seemed that i suppose to sign another big stack of documents from the bank but the doc was not given by my banker yet. In the end i signed few papers from my lawyer, but she still needs me to sign the big stack of papers from the bank and other documents from the lawyer soon , while waiting for 'something' to be approved at this moment. Problem is i am currently in overseas so my question is, can they send the documents, SNP etc and i sign them outside Malaysia?

What will you do if the stuff you bought ...

What will you do if the stuff that you bought online went missing ?

I am the buyer and the seller did send the items to the correct address/ and everything.
It's just that the stupid pos laju went and lost our items (3 pair of contact lenses). Pos Laju people told us that they had make a police report (dunno what for also!) and confirm the items were missing. Then they said they will compesate the Sender (which is the seller) accordingly (dunno how much yet) but it will take quite a long time. I've ordered my items early May (4/May) and have not receive it UNTIL TODAY, just knew that the item went missing YESTERDAY after the seller email the poslaju people last week (wait for the item until my neck also long, sigh*).

Usually if you're the seller will you give your buyer a refund ? Or you'll just wait until you get the refund from pos laju then only you pay your customer ? And what will you do if you're the buyer like me ?
