Need help with PDA+mobile device

Hey guys,

I need to buy a PDA+phone device but I'm not exactly sure what are the better models around since there are so many now. The basic requirements are:

1) Stable
2) Not too big
3) Mid to high specs (with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, camera etc.)
4) Between RM2000 - RM3000

I intend to use this for work, so can all the gurus here recommend me a few models?

Btw, does any of these PDA+phones include PDA versions of MS Word, Excel etc. ?
