Objective: to look bigger, more defined arm, chest and ab muscles, stronger and lose body fat
and like every other guy. i want washboard abs.
I workout at FF Curve, Leisure Mall and Summit.

current bicep diameter is 12.5inches.. targetting 15inches!

Photos taken today on May 12,2009. currently following a 4 week program, will post photos again, hopefully there'll be improvements(and the tattoo.. temporary one from Bali) hahaha

hello guys.. i was just wondering.. how do you LOSE a tummy and yet bodybuild at the same time? cos I've been working out for about 4months now, i've got shape in the shoulders and chest but the BELLY.. OMFG cos as far as i know, i shouldn do cardio if im going for big size.. so what should i do? dont tell my crunches cos crunches are a workout that receives too much hype and goes nowhere.. eating right is hard in malaysia with the oil content around but i eat less carbs and more protein.. would that help?

hello all you gym freaks out there.. i live in taman yarl, OUG, KL. does anyone know a gym nearby or i wouldn mind travelling 20mins to a gym that offers 3 months short term contract.. and not too expensive please.. hahaha. cos we all know the deadly prices that some gyms charge. and the abomination of a price they call the enrolment fees. zzz.. thanks everyone!
