[WTA] Xpax or Hotlink

I'm thinking to get myself a 2nd line prepaid (for backup and emergency use) and my questions are below:

Xpax vs Hotlink

1. which one give the most and better coverage especially outskirts.
2. which one provide the service where i can just purchase 1 year active line without topping up (similar to Digi)
3. which one doest not have credit expiry (i remember Digi do not have credit expiry)
4. voice quality (probably very subjective and may depends on areas too)

FYI, i'm currently a DiGi postpaid user with 24 months contract.

Thanks.

PSU Amp Rating

Example:

+12V rail 1 = max load 18A
+12V rail 2 = max load 18A
+12V rail 3 = max load 18A
---------------------------------
total max load = 54A
---------------------------------

question 1 : if a component stated need at least 40A to run properly. can above example fulfill? we always refer to the max load right?

question 2 : if a few components connected to +12V rail 1 and the total Amp is like 20A++ will that causes any issue?

question 3 : any different for a single rail 54A PSU compare to the above example? i know there is single rail Amp comparable to the above example.

Edit: I'm asking above question is because i encounter a problem where i never face before and hopefully not related. refer to my other topic
http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopic=1015916

Thank you.

PSU Give Hgh Pitch Noise When Gaming or Folding

My PSU start giving high pitch noise/whine when my system load more than 200W. i can read the total Watt usage from the Zalman ZM-MFC2.

Idle System Watt: 145W++ (no whine)
Load System Watt: 260W++ (with annoying high pitch noise )
PSU: ACBEL 750W M8
PC spec: refer to my sig

i am pretty sure the high pitch noise is from the PSU whenever i gaming/folding/whatever the power load more than 200W.
3rd Party VGA Cooler for Sapphire ATI HD4670

I'm currently looking for a 3rd party cooler which can support my Sapphire ATI HD4670 512MB DDR4. I'm keen of doing a 24/7 Folding@Home using GPU and below is my temperature result

In normal room temperature
idle @ 41 degree celcius
load @ 76 degree celcius

In air cond room temperature
idle @ 36 degree celcius
load @ 70 degree celcius

I may want to leave my PC on for F@H even when I off to work.. but loading @ 76 degree celcius worried me and I'm not doing it at the moment until i find a VGA cooler which will drop the temperature. It won't be air cond when i'm not around. FYI, GPU will load @ 99% when F@H.

The problem is i do not know if the 3rd party cooler compatible with my GC or not. LYN sifu please help me out here.

[WTA] Multi Function Panel with PSU Watt reading

Just wanted to ask if any LYN members aware of a Multi function panel include the following:

1) Fan speed controller
2) Temperature reading
3) PSU Watt Reading

i think i once found a review about this high rating multi function panel but forgot what is the brand name already and i couldn't google it anymore. Appreciate if anyone could share some info with me fan and temperature panel easy to find but with the 3rd item seems hard to find. it is like 3 in 1 on a 5.25" panel. Anyone?
