I tendered resignation with one week notice instead of two months. Remaining notice will be paid by new company accordingly.

My manyzer rage and said i am unprofessional.

Me or she herself.

Manyzer is women. Shouldn't her doing sammizh instead of working ?

I thinking of joining new company on 2nd August. Due to some reason, i can only tender my resignation on 27th July. The current company required two month of notice which my last day should be on 27 September. Since i will be join new company on 2nd August, i will need to buy-off approx. 7 weeks of notice.

How to i write the resignation letter ?

Can below is acceptable if i tender on 27 July? WIll the current HR think i am resignning on 2nd August instead of 27th July. I only want to serve a notice period of one week instead of two months which i will pay the remaining notice period.

I am resigning from my position of consultant with effectively on 2nd August.

300 - Got air con

I rented a master room few weeks ago and decided to move in end of May. Rent is 300 for master room with one old air con, exclude uitlity bills.

Since the air con is old, landlady suggest not to use, reason being, she will be staying with too. So , the utility bill will be share.

But i suggested that, i will cover all charges if i wan to use it.

Next week gonna move in, i was informed that she had the air con removed. I was still OK with it but my question is

Do i have the right to ask her to reduce the rent since no air con attached now ? I felt being cheated.

Mid room is 220 occupied by another new housemate, landlady occupied small room.

Its a 4th floor apartment with no lift.

We had no contract at the moment and i gave 100 as deposit.

Working like shit but never enjoyed before. Will i be overboard if renting a room with air-con.

Rate for mid air-con room around kelana jaya is about 450. Not sure got included bills or not. If included, i think its still ok ok price.

How many living in rented place , rented place with air-con ?

I scare hot, air-con make me easier to sleep at nite.

Stay in KL is so bored. Earn much than stay at hometown but spent almost all.

Worst thing is need to find place from now and then. No money to buy one, need to rent , look for one. Now need to find again.

Why you guys come to KL for ? Working to save money. Become rich ?

Feel like wanna go back hometown but cant cos my son is here. Aisk.

Recovering from failed marriage

Tried to start a new relationships with a lovely gal who dont mind waiting for me to get divorce. Of cos, she been good to me since we met. That is why i took out the courage to have relationships with her even though i knew i am not ready yet (separarted, i haven divorce bcos of financial problem)

We started off not long ago. These days i been thinking what i been giving to her as a bf. Some of u might know i am poor, poor enough to borrow money from others for food. So lotsa things i cant do to fulfil as a bf. No frequent decent dinner, no frequent movie, shopping, not to say buy her gift or whatever.

Most of the time, we don really go out on weekend. Sometimes she will just came by to my place and i will cook something for both of us.

Of cos sometimes, we will go shopping together, of cos, she is the one who did the shopping, im just window shopping. She can easily buy some cloth worth of RM100+- which will get me swt. She even get a RM140 shirt for new year.

For gift, actually most of it DIY some stuff for her. We are not young anymore, we are 27. Her mum din know i am married. But from 1st day already objected our relationships. Reason bcos i am poor. Her parent weren't educated. They doin some business in wet market which her mum thinks she don wan her daugther to suffer like her. Obviously, she wanted someone who already has the capability to own a decent house, decent car, which i dont have it.

But gf always told me that she thinks one day i will be success, she don mind to wait and work together with me. She even ask me to do some online business. Few days ago, went to ATM, saw my account only left RM 44. Still got a week more for payday. I started to deny myself if i can be success one day. At least own a decent place, at least having some saving. Worst , i even sms her tellling her that i might borrow some money from her if i really having problems. I regretted so much to tell her that. She din blamed me, in fact she is soo willing to help. She ask me if i had enough money with me on frequent basis. All these makes me think if it is worth it for her by doing all these? Would she regret in future ? I seems like wasting her time.

For now i can only do what i afford to do while finding my way out to secure my financial status. Care for her, listen to her woes, giving her advise is the only little i can do.Financial and material wise, BIG NO. Was that enough ?

I want to get some opinion, what normally a bf at this age would do to his gf as an act of "boyfriend". I am trying to do better to compensate her.
