If you found that the ticket is fake or USS not allow you to use this staff ticket (It is real just cant use) . Important Information:
Since the ticket system in USS is not good. You give the entrance worker your ticket, they scan it, then they will give you back the ticket. So to avoid you (The person that buy it), end up used it and come back ask for refund. I will only refund, if you can prove that the ticket is fake or USS not allowing you to use it. It is easy to do so, just get a letter from USS customer service near by ticket counter, and send it to me, then I will verified with USS, if it is true then I will refund. Thanks.
