i have a car that was crashed, it can be repaired and someone is interested but it can't move, it can't go for puspakom inspection, so i can't transfer the ownership. is there anyway the ownership can be transferred without going for inspection? thanks.

Hi there, usually i don't ask a lot of questions regarding cars in LYN since usually i'm the one answering those questions but this i really need your help since I have NO IDEA whatsoever in this car at all.

The 2nd gen Swift seems like a good buy now, i'm prospecting it as one of the choices for my wife's daily drive in Ipoh (the other choice is the ES Civic 2.0 yr2005). She likes this car more because it's small and easy for her to handle in tight car parks. I haven't heard anything wrong with this car other than some minor bad build qualities (rattles from the dashboard etc.) so I appreciate it if someone here (who ACTUALLY owns one) can comment on this.

1) Are there any major issues with the car?

2) What are the differences between CBU (2005-06???) and CKD (07 onwards???)

3) Are spare parts more expensive compared to other Jap brands?

4) Are spare parts easy to source (whether it's from halfcut or new)?

Prepaid Broadband

Hi guys, my company is in Kea Farm, Cameron Highlands, we need a prepaid broadband because sometimes the guest request it in some of the apartments and we will provide them with it. We opt for a HSPA mobile connection because we will be shuffling / moving the wifi router between locations, it doesn't stay in one location only and we do not want to commit to a fixed line because the apartments change hands like changing underwear. not to mention the high cost of monthly fee for every apartment.

We will charge customers on a per day basis, e.g. every day RM30 for the internet, we do not intend to make money on this, just to provide a service to them. and since it's not everyone request internet every day, it's why we don't want to apply for postpaid because if no one wants to use the internet for the entire month (we have free wifi in a nearby location), we will be paying for nothing.

Which telco provides the best prepaid mobile internet package in terms of pricing, speed and stability. So far Digi is out, because it's line sucks. Now choosing Umobile, Maxis and Celcom.

Best Ending in a movie

Please state 1 movie that you think has the best ending. It doesn't have to be a good movie. Also write down why you think it's the best ending (with spoilers please).

another thing that made the ending of THE MIST so great is that the director / writer thought:"FXCK conventional endings! I wanna make the audience feels that there is hope in the world, and then TAKE IT ALL AWAY! I wanna make the audience don't know how to react to the ending because they are too shocked to give any response!"

and i like it when ppl take one more step further

edit: for all of you who just listed the movies, pls also put down an explanation why u think the ending is the best (with spoilers). putting down a list is really pointless. e.g. by saying the Dark Knight and Dark Knight Rises, why? I can't see why it's THE BEST ENDING in any of them. They have good endings no doubt, but THE BEST? they are not even close to the 4th best in my opinion. Inception? although it's a bit different from 99.99% of other movies, but it's not really that special. for a really special ending and near THE BEST rating, an ending has to touch the hearts of the audience. it has to make a lasting impression and feeling. I respect the opinions of all who posted here, but some of us might not get what you felt for the movies you listed, that's why an explanation will be appropriate. Thank you!

Exhaust Shop in Ipoh

I didn't visit any exhaust shops for quite a few years now, so i don't know what shops are good to do 3" piping for turbo cars in Ipoh. Preferably near the city centre (fair park, greentown, pasir puteh etc) and not too far (bercham etc).

Price expensive a bit isn't a problem, most importantly is the workmanship, reliability, service and friendliness of the staffs. If got open on Sunday it will definitely be a lifesaver. Thanks

guys, need your help again for this question:

if i take out an engine from car A and then transplant that engine into car B, can car B get approval from JPJ about this transplant?

because usually i only do transplant from halfcut, that has custom paper for registering at JPJ so it can be legal on the road, but now this engine is currently running on a car, what procedure could be done for the engine to be transplanted into another car and register the transplant in JPJ?

Hi, i'm going to purchase a 2nd hand (very) old car in KL, i need someone who is an expert (or is very experienced and knowledgeable) in car chassis and body to check the car whether the chassis is still good or not, and how bad is the rust (i'm sure there are some rust parts, because the car is very old). car selling, changing names

the situation is like this. I'm selling my car and there is a potential buyer. he said he wants to pay cash (full payment) and then take my car immediately. the problem is, my car hasn't gone through the puspakom check yet, so cannot change name for the moment, but the buyer really wants to take the car because he just sold his and he doesn't have a car to use. so the question is, how should i proceed?

Good day to all, My company needs a broadband connection in Kea Farm area, Cameron Highlands, specifically near Hotel Equatorial. Anyone uses broadband there? which service provider gives the best speed and most reliable connection. The broadband is for backup use, I've already got Streamyx, but it's highly unreliable, sometimes facing disconnection and super bad speeds even though it's a 2mbps line.

Dual booting Android and Windows

This simple video is me running android froyo (with virtualbox) on my PC with Intel Core 2 Duo. Dual booting with Windows and Android (like the viewpad 10) is very near. I've always imagine tablet + laptops with android in tablet mode (playing simple games like angry birds) and windows in laptop mode (high end games like starcraft 2), you'll have the best of both worlds!
