Hi all,

Thank you for clicking and being in this thread. I actually need some advice and perhaps validation to create an e-commerce site using Wordpress.

I'll start with some pertinent information in regards to the site
- simple e-commerce store with an inventory of less than 10 items. Very unlikely to add as i'm selling a niche product. Perhaps just a variant of the item in a multitude of colours.
- selling worldwide
- i have no idea on how to gauge the site visitors but i'll start with a 10k/month visitors forecast

My questions :-
1) Which wordpress hosting should i go for if cost is negligible? Would it be down to either Exabytes or GoDaddy? Any others worth considering? My humble opinion is both should be equally reliable but because i'm selling to a worldwide audience it would be better to host it in the US ? Or it doesn't matter?
2) To accept the payment i would need a payment gateway plugin which i can get from Woocommerce. True? So my understanding is i can install this plugin and link it to my local bank account. What are the charges or interest? Or would it be better off to just accept paypal? Or both? ie credit card/debit card and paypal.
