The story goes like this, 6 months back this purchaser was interested to buy my unit, as usual they negotiated the price that both parties agreed and paid the 2%. The purchaser took more than 21 days from the date to sign the SPA, my lawyer asked me to be lenient on them. <br /><br />Now it has passed 6 months, they purchaser still haven&#39;t settle my financier. Its a least hold property, 6 months is the maximum time required and the 3+1 period expired from the concerned letter. The purchaser&#39;s lawyer didn&#39;t contact or write to us. <br /><br />What should I do ?
