SPA Cancellation

I'm a first time property seller, having some really a big decision to made against the seller. The story goes like this, 6 months back this purchaser was interested to buy my unit, as usual they negotiated the price that both parties agreed and paid the 2%. The purchaser took more than 21 days from the date to sign the SPA, my lawyer asked me to be lenient on them.

Now it has passed 6 months, they purchaser still haven't settle my financier. Its a least hold property, 6 months is the maximum time required and the 3+1 period expired from the concerned letter. The purchaser's lawyer didn't contact or write to us.

What should I do ? Cancel the SPA or give them another extension ?
