SUMMARY OF PREVIOUS 0-DAY FLAWS FOUND ON DLINK DIR850L ROUTER (RevA & RevB)

1) Weak or NO protection on Firmware.
2) Weak File permissions are stored in clear text.
3) Cross-site scriting flaws which enables attacker to steal the authentication cookies.
4) Vulnerabilities in MyDLink cloud protocol enables attacker to gain full access to the Router.
5) RevB backdoor access.
6) Hardcoded private keys in the firmware RevA & RevB enables MiTM attcks.
7) DNS Hijack on RevA.
8) Vulnerabilities in RevB enables command injection attacks.

But you have reasons to believe some forms of traffic shaping is happening.
This is what happened to other ISP like TM as well.

But one of the easy way to bypass is to alter your computer/Router/any pppoe dialing device's DNS.

Commonly used Public DNS are Google & OpenDNS :

There are 2 Ways to change your DNS,
I) Via Router Configurations
You can access the Router by default 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1 (Assuming it's not changed).

II) Via Network Adapters.
Please refer this Step by Step guideline.

i went to schedule for a surgery for my cat to be neutered. 2 weeks prior to the surgery i gave them a call each week. both times they quoted me rm200 and additional 60 if shes in heat. i waited about 2 weeks to send my cat for surgery after her heat cycle. i had my gf send my cat because i had to work on that day. i made an appointment to send my cat at 9 but they only performed the surgery at 1pm and their excuse was they had other patients. even though i have made an appointment. after the surgery was completed i came to pick my cat up and was quoted rm395. double of what i was quoted when i called them twice about it. they said they had to charge extra because of her weight, she was in heat and she had to vaccinated prior to the surgery. i was upset because they did not inform me about this earlier.

the real nightmare is when after i picked her up, the doctor did not speak to me because she was busy chatting with another patient and i had no time to stick around. they did not provide me with an elizabeth's collar and no medication. they did not even provide dressing for the wound. so i decided to get a collar from another vet. i informed them about my nightmare and they asked me if they provided me any medication which they did not. so i sent my cat to another vet to get a dressing for her wound and the collar. the doctor inspected the wound and told me that the previous vet did not stitch up my cat properly and showed me the skin was overlapping with the magnifying glass helmet.

so not only did kristy's ark ripped me off but they performed an awful surgery and provided me with nothing but a receipt afterwards.

your experience may vary but i am just sharing mine. hopefully my cat can recover without any complications.

outstanding tnb bill

I'm the first Time Fibre subscriber in my building and I decided to share my experience with Time from my first inquiry right to installation and activation.

Linksys E1000 Wireless-N Router - very basic wifi-N router
Huawei HG850a GPON - the same as unifi

this is my own router, Netgear WNDR3700 Dual Band Gigabit Router.

Speedtest taken with Boost activated and using my own router as the E1000 was giving me only slightly above 30 Mbps.
i need to do further tests to conclude that the E1000 is giving me slower speeds
