Auction units and developer unsold units keep increasing.

Wonder how many of you here, previously BBB and now facing difficult to rent out the unit / or dispose the units.

What's your contingency action plans. Strong holding power?

saw many auction units (owner) are under same name/ same company.

Are you regret to BBB previously and caused high commitment now (especially in this low peak/soft property market)

note: still some ppl (minor) are doing good

how to recover photos

Hi Masters

anyone know expert or data recovery?

1) i was transferred ("cut and pasted") my photos from my Huawei P10 to PC window 10 - new folder.
2) completed.
3) suddenly someone called me and got some arguments. Lost focus.
4) and this time my hand accidentially click "undo" photos in the folde.
5) after that iclose the folder.

I online and tried clrt + Z,redo, downloaded and tried dr.fone, recvua, some apps but unable to recover the photos.

anyone , any advice? now, both of my phone & PC also unable to locate the files....aiksss...

USPS Express Mail - Item from US > MYS

Item is from US sender to Malaysia here.

How fast and reliable is USPS Express Mail vs their First Class Mail. Which one better?

I know Express Mail lot more faster in deliver. Sender charged me US$65, reasonable?

if send valuable items, and using USPS express mail, custom will definately check and then tax a lot, say 10% of the items?

which one secured and how to save /skip from Custom

Hi all,

for those who are in very are experience. Long time i didnt buy items from eBay, recently i bought a item but quite valuable...i aware the seller is using USPS services but i didnt aware he is using "First Class Mail" with feature registered mail. Sender mailed out on 13 Sep (US date) and today already 27 Sep.

The lastest update is below: -

"Your item departed a transfer airport in KUALA LUMPUR INT'L, MALAYSIA on September 20, 2018 at 11:30 am. The item is currently in transit to the destination.

Status
In-Transit
September 20, 2018 at 11:30 am

Departed
MALAYSIA"

but item/ parcel still not in custom malaysia....then i called to Pos Malaysia twice in this 2 days, they said not able to track it means the item/parcel not yet arriving Malaysia at all. I asked then why in USPS tracking show status that departed a KLIA airport? they said this is meant in transit (on the way) to Malaysia...

I also get sender to check with usps, usps there stated deliver to Postal Agent on 20 Sep 2018, 11:30am at KL airport, means the item arrived Malaysia.

How come the two statements above are contradict, now very upset and if i know early, should use DHL services.

Please advice.

There is a new joiner with the nick name "babamama" PM and ask me don't spoil the agent market regards the referral fees.

Thn I am replied him , wat to do with him and do I spoil agent market? I just replied him - do ur part, dude..

This funny fellow said to report tomdeveloper and will take action.

I seriously think this "babamama" really annoying and he is nit sure what he talking about.

If he want to earn full commission, go to do his own marketing & strategy, wat for PM me and said me spoil market
agent without any concrete proofs, hence, this is to advice you please don't buy any property from this kind of

sickening agent, best if you all know his real name and share it,

If my budget around RM130-150k, and my purpose is fetching customers (not VIP but regular).

Which one should i buy?

1) Toyota used car - RM120-135k, year made 05/06, leather seats, 2.4 or 3.0 engine is ok for me, got sun roof.

2) New car Starex - RM153k.
