Business Opportunities Near Army Camp

Hi Guys,

I'm very fresh when it comes to business establishment so please treat me nicely within this discussion.

If I want to establish a business in the vicinity of a new/existing army camp, what type of business would it be? The mass target market is of course the soldiers and their family members with locals identified as minority in contributing to the profit of the business. Assuming the army camp has 3000 soldiers including their families, could you please supply me with any potential business you deem suitable?

Hi,

I would like to ask a couple of questions here with regard to subject property.

I was offered a freehold intermediate 3-storey shop lot at Prima Sri Gombak for RM 2.5M. All levels are currently tenanted with returned rental of RM 10,800 a month. Say that I got a a loan of 85% from bank for 30 years with interest rate of BLR-2.4%, do you think it is a good piece of investment?

At this point I'm thinking of keeping the property for a couple of years, wait for the price appreciate to certain figure and then sell it. I don't know the current appreciation for the shop lot at this area. Which one between all the intermediate units is the best unit at Prima Sri Gombak for investment purposes?

Just wondering, which type of property is excellent for investment? The plan is to buy a new property from developer and sell it once it is completed and the location I'm interested in is at Klang Valley. Does it sounds Ok to you?

1) what is it?
