i've a Redmi note pro 10 which suddenly does not have sound, both the loud speaker and the normal speaker that we place next to our ear.
Did everything like phone rebooting, making sure not connected to external speaker etc. and last resort is to factory reset.
Since apps can be reinstalled, i assumed we do not need to backup them right?
