Finding pro-sumer camera

Hi guys, it'll be alot of work for reading all those threads in the forum while i'm still a noob in digi cam. My sister owned a Canon A95 last time till it was stolen in Austria. She liked the camera alot since it's a semi pro dc.

Guys, can u help me to find a suitable dc and analyze the pros and cons for the dc, pls?

Requirement:

Pro-sumer camera
Preferably using SD card (if possible no XD card which used in Olympus)
At least 5MP or above
Bulky is surprisingly ok for my sister ^^
If possible support wide angle, recording at 640 x 480 30fps (or higher like 720p)
Budget around RM1000 to RM1500
If possible also, able to extend the lens for future enhancement
Battery wise, super preferably AA size battery and the camera must also shoot alot of picture b4 low battery

Brand preferably Canon but not Nikon, Rico, Olympus

hi, i'm helping my fren to buy laptop. She's a girl so portability might be a main issue. Problem is she saw my benq s41 and she wanted a dedicated graphic laptop though she's not a gamer...

Here's some requirement details, hope u guys can help me out,

No Dell new laptop, excluding XPS 1330, no acer, and other non famous brand like hyundai and etc.
Budget mayb RM3000 to RM5000.

Must be santa rosa platform,
at least 1 to 2 GB ram
Dedicated graphic (GF 8 series or ATI X2 HD series)
Dvd writer
14" Inch
Built-in WebCam
MUST BE GOOD LOOKING!!! lolz...
