would like to ask, are there any rules stated that the main door gate must be same(design, shape, colour, material, etc) which fix by the developer?

does this rules stated in S&P or Deed Of Mutual Covenants agreement ?

Hi all Sifu,

i bought a new condo and bank already release the 2nd 10%

stage 1 - 10% - down payment (paid)
stage 2(a) - 10% - paying interest now by monthly
stage 2(b) - 15% - developer not yet build till my unit floor(lvl26), bank not yet release
an so on...

currently i paying the interest monthly, around RM120++. if now i want to pay-off all the remaining one shot. is it worth to do it? or i continue to pay interest?

newbies on the hardware setup.

would like to ask, is anyone here have do setup a PC and LED/plasma TV use as monitor all the time?

thinking to do a setup and put at living room, to do web surfing, watch movie and connect to Xbox console. May i know is the PC graphic card need to be a good one? or the LED/plasma TV need to be good?

another question, if PC with good sound card+good speaker, will the sound system better than home theater?

as summary the setup would like to do ->PC+sound system+TV

i decided wan to buy acer laptop, how do i know or check the laptop is a new unit and not a display unit??

cos today i feel lik almost kena tipu.d guys say wil take me d new unit.but got another gal come out take d display unit n go in to a room..after 5min, dat saleman go in d room n bring me a "new" laptop.cos dat shop not big n oso dun hav back door, hw d ppl thr go upstair take le?(d guy tot me he wil call d ppl at upstair bring me d new one)
