Problem with Samsung LA40A550

Hey pros ..
I got a problem here with my newly bought Samsung LA40A550 LCD TV ..
When I read the user manual, it written that format like avi., mkv. files are supported ..
I tried with avi video and it work just fine ..
But when I try with the mkv. files, it just doesn't work ..
Is that I have to download codec for it or what .. ?
Pls help me pro ..

Unable to identify BSOD causes

Pros, recently I having problem or frequent BSOD ..
I don't know that whether I have installed something that caused it or what ..
So, can someone help me check those minidump file and find the cause of it ..
I did not managed to jot down the code and the name of BSOD ..

Hello to all the pros ..

Let me get straight to the point.
Before this I get a new PC with the specs below a year ago :

Intel Core 2 Quad Q9550 2.83GHZ
Asus P5Q Pro Intel Motherboard
Kingston Hyber X DDR800 4GB (2GBx2)
Western Digital 1TB (SATA2 16MB)
Silverstone Strider 560watt PSU
Asus EAH4870 512mb DDR5 256bit

Okay, here comes the problem. At 1st, when I first bought this, there are frequent BSOD like Bad Pool Caller and so on (Vista). Then, I sent the whole PC back to the place I bought this (Cycom). They said they can't find the solution to it and therefor they sent the whole thing back to the manufacturer. After waited for few months (only been using it 1 months or so), everything came back and here I thought the problem solved. The problem still existed. Still, there are frequent after a week of peace. Then now I changed to Windows 7. Just after I finished installed it yesterday, today, a BSOD of 'Memory Management' came to me.

I wonder is it the problem with the RAM, insufficient power from PSU, or problem with my harddisk .. ?
I spent whole RM4k on it and I didn't get to enjoy my PC. =.=
PROS, PLEASE HELP ME!

I also attached the minidump file of the latest BSOD 'Memory Management'.
So if any of u pros can figure it out, please tell me what I have to do.

I cannot seem to use the multimedia button located in the arrow button ..
I tried to press it while pressing Fn, its still the same ..
Same goes to the Volume Control at the keyboard ..
What can I do with it .. ?
Any K40IN owner can help me solve it .. ?

There are 2 times that the BSOD coming out ..
Once is when I playing games in browser ..
Then today while I closed my media player ..
I even get the code ..
Can someone identify for me what sort of message or problem I'm having?
