HeatSink + RAM

Hi guys , im looking to upgrade my rig mainly my heatsink and ram . does any of you have any recommendation for a good heatsink that works well at hot temperatures and is somewhat silent ? and also which ram should i get to upgrade my rig ?

Hi sifus , i have a Samsung Sync 2233SW 21.5" LCD

and gtx285 gc
os Windows 7 64bit

but i cant seem to get 75 hertz out of the monitor ? the max is 60 hertz and that also i have to Force it by using a program , the max it can go is 59 hertz without force ..

is there anyway you can like unhide the 75 hertz function or its a bug from windows 7 ?

Problem details
First occurence of problem: 2 days ago
Problem frequency: 48 hours and counting
Problem description: ******* Lag in my games , my ping will go up to 300 for like 1 min and keep spiking ?!
its getting very annoying and frustrating i cant even play my matches properly i keep spiking from 12ms - 300ms which is god damn annoying because you cant shoot properly

what on earth is TM doing in TTDI ? is HSBB sucking all the bandwidth ? or are the HSBB users just selfish torrenting 24/7 sucking all bandwidth here and we streamyx users cant even get quality service anymore
