HDD problem

as a girl, i admit that I'm nt good in computer, thats y i have 3 external hdd that got problem now,

external hdd A: my lappie nt able to detect it at all ( seagate 320gb)

external hdd B: able to detect but not able to open n format

external hdd C: same as B and i running chkdsk, it stops at 15% for some time, what i can do now? ( i try chkdsk cos i google n ppl say it will works)

I have come across of many place offer diploma n degree in estate management. But my friend took the written test. as i know the written test is very hard to pass.

i wanna know:

1) ANY OF U TOOK WRITTEN TEST BEFORE? CAN SHARE?

2) ANY OF U TOOK DIPLOMA OR DEGREE?

3) IF DIPLOMA N DEGREE IS EASIER, Y GO FOR WRITTEN TEST?

4) WHICH PLACE OFFER THE BEST TUITION FOR WRITTEN TEST?

my boss receive invitation from Imperia Institute of Technology, they offer Diploma in estate management (can get exemption from written examination)

Really don't know where i should study.....
