How to deal with landlord demands?

Hi all,

Just looking for some advice. I am a tenant, and I'm moving out very soon at the end of this month.
Ever since I moved into this property since 2017, any issue whatsoever I was told by my landlord that I need to fix. These included air-cond not cold, lightbulb not working, and even kitchen sink area leaking (due to poor quality kitchen counter which changed shape due to water damage).

Now that I'm moving out, she is demanding I give her all my receipts of air-cond servicing, water heater servicing, and even CURTAIN CLEANING servicing. Which of course I do not have anymore.
She is demanding I call those contractors and ask them to reissue.

Additionally, one of the water heaters not hot anymore, and we were told that it cannot be fixed anymore, need to buy a new one. We also have a ceiling fan that just doesn't work at all and the electrician told us it needs to be replaced as well.

Am I wrong to think this is ridiculous? I barely touched that fan. I understand that expected wear and tear is to be borne by the landlord. In this case, would I be liable to replace the water heater and fan?
Please help me here as I have no idea how to respond.

There was a tenancy agreement, but it expired two years ago.

Hi girls,

I'm planning to go for a girl's day out with some girls i havent seen in ages somewhere, maybe in KL or Penang, and I was hoping for a something relaxing.

Thinking of going to a day spa or resort and spa, but I know absolutely nothing about spas.

I just wanna relax in a hot jacuzzi and chat with my friends, maybe a massage or something.

Any ideas?

Also i dont want too expensive la..

Was thinking of going to genting first world hotel cramming 5 ppl in 1 room and going to the maxim hotel spa lol

and yes i know this is rather last minute, ive read the texts thoroughly im just scared that i answer the wrong way

im a little bit picky about what i wear

im kinda a rock chic, but due to my size (im 150cm and i weigh 37kg)
i cant really wear much rock-ish clothing without looking like a freakin midget or small kid

so i usually go withe the black shorts / black jeans with a sleeveless top
accessorise with some silver rings and a leather wristband, etc

but~

aiya i wanna be sexier~ lol

all those sexy stuff are just tooooooooooo girly laaaaa
i dont like
i like sexy
but i dont wanna be feminine in a girly way
its just so not cool

sexy in an angelina jolie kinda way.

i just dont wan the "happy-girly" look. ee.

A-Levels Advice

firstly, i got 6 A's for my SPM (English, Biology, Maths, Seni Visual, EST and English Literature)

secondly, i cant afford to pay 30k for A-levels (Taylors.. zomg.. )

thirdly, i never wanna touch anything related to maths or science ever again.

fourth, i plan to do communications study or law (only coz my parents want me to take law, i prefer communications)

fifth, i dont want to spend 2 years doing A-levels. (Methodist College June/July intake)

i wanted to go to Brickfields Asia College because got the courses i want and its not too expensive.
but got ppl advise me against it.. lecturer no good la.. etc..

i check other college, but dont have subjects that i want,
but perhaps im being too picky?

i heard that if u want to do law degree, u need to take economics and law subject?
ok im fine with that
but what about communications study?
most places dont specifically say what subjects u need to take,
so for communications i can take anything?
actually i aiming for sociology and literature in english..

but if i dont HAVE to take that, i just wanna take subjects that are easier to score A (i wan get scholarship for monash uni.. 3A for 20%, 4A for 50% and 5A for 100% if im not mistaken)

so u think i shud just enrol in other colleges and take law, economics and things like business study or accounting or sociology or psychology?
coz im guessing it doesnt matter much what subject u take if u wanna do communication study
or does it?

and which subjects are easier to score?
ive been told law and english literature are hard and business studies is easy.

i plan to take A-levels at BAC,
economics, law, english literature and sociology.

but they told me the course is only for a year.

for my spm i got 6A's including for english literature (which i love)
and ive been told that sociology and economics are not so hard
ive been told that law is the tough subject

im the type who no need to study so much to do well for exam..
even my 6A's.. to be honest i barely studied (regret la, all my frens all got higher than me)
i wasnt very driven about doing well for exams back then.. since i thought "aiya spm only la"

but in all honesty, do u think im capable for handling these 4 subjects in 1 year?

hi, im having a problem right now

i going to london for 2 weeks+ in april, and i dono where to leave my miniature poodle
my relatives house all cannot, no one will jaga/dangerous/too small
etc etc

my frens house also all cannot
coz they got male dogs that arent castrated
and my dog also not spayed

how leh???? i dont wanna leave her at a pet shop lahhh..

she will damn lonely o... if 1 or 2 days nvm lah.. but 16 days weh!!
