UNIFI Advanced 500mbps Question

My existing Unifi 50mbps already being upgraded to UNIFI turbo boost since 14-August-2018.

Router Model : DLINK DIR-850L

I notice when.
Wired LAN Cable, i manage to get Download: 530Mbps, Upload 103Mbps.
WIFI Channel 2.4 Ghz , I manage to get around Download 81Mbps, Upload 38.5Mbps
WIFI Channel 5 Ghz , I manage to get around Download 250Mbps, Upload 100Mbps

If there any possible replacement of router can boost the WIFI speed/bandwidth?

Wifi tested on Iphone 8 plus.

Thinking to replace with TP-Link Archer C3150, not sure if good enough?
