Received shocking phone bill on call usage

On 27 April 2011, I went to TM Point Damansara Uptown to upgrade my Streamyx to Blockbuster deal and to change my phone installation address to my apartment. The staff informed me that the free call deal of Blockbuster deal will only start after 1st billing month, which is 28 May 2011. Ok fine then. I received a call a few days later informing of my upgrade of the plan. So ok, they do received my form. A contractor also called to ask about the online thingy, which I say I can online dy.. Din sign on any form or watever.. And after 28 May, my mum started using the phone to call outstation land line..

However, when I went to TM Point on 11 June 2011, I was informed that my phone plan is till on the previous one. No signs / details of the upgrade is captured in the system. And asking me to fill in a new form to upgrade to Blockbuster deal. Obviously they had already lost the form, and the upgrade was not done. The next phone bill came and I received a shocking RM100 on call usage. This is really unfair for consumer as I wasn't aware that my upgrade was not executed.

Really disappointed by the service... And causing this shocking phone bill.. Anyone can suggest me what I can do?

Does this suggest me for warranty claim?

Problem with SP and original Apple Ipad Casing..

Anyone using genuine apple ipad casing? This one:

I encountered problem using screen protector with this. I bought a anti-glare type screen protector from Pavillion epicenter and paid for their service to apply. It was perfectly fine, no air bubble etc. It sits in the casing nicely after installed. Hours later, I found a air bubble on the upper-right edge of my ipad.

Took out ipad from the casing, removed the air bubble by pressing it away from the edge. Then put it back to the casing. It's fine on the first few hours but the same problem comes back after that. The air bubble surfaced and the spread becomes bigger as times goes by, and as big as the picture below:

If I removed the air bubble and leave my ipad the whole day without using the casing. No air bubble is seen throughout the day. I wonder if the casing actually caused the air bubble or what...

Any clue on this? Many thanks..

A Drive that is Unreadable and Corrupted

I have a WD Green 1TB bought last year Jan. I have not been using the desktop for about 5 days. Just now I on it and first boot, WD Green cant be detected. 2nd boot was fine. But when I tried to access one of the drive (H:), Windows is showing a message like "This drive is unreadable and corrupted". Reboot it and Windows requested to scan disk for drive H. Running it now and at 8% completed, it slows down and showing File record segment ###### is unreadable. ###### = number. Is it showing bad sector or sth?

Is my HDD dying? Use less than 1 year only..
Hope not much data is lost.

PC can't enter BIOS/boot

Hi all. I have a problem here.

There's this P4 system but without PSU. I plugged in some cap ayam PSU and it boots w/o problem. Then I decided to get a new casing & PSU (CM Extreme Power 460W), plugged into the casing, PSU. And the system cant boot dy.. No beep sound is coming out, not even if I unplugged all the RAMs (will show long beep sound if no RAM is detected). What could cause the problem? How to solve it?

MSI P4MAM-V (integrated graphic)
256 + 256MB DDR 266 RAM
40G hdd
460W CM Extreme Power
CM Elite 332 Casing
