My internal phone memory is 256 ROM and 512 RAM.Memory can upgrade til 32 GB
One very frustrated thing i encounter is when i download few applications the internal memory only left 10 MB and its less than 10 apps.
So its flashing ROM a better way?Can i have guide on it?I try to find tutorial flash ROM ggingerbread but it seems not work

Dear all
I saw maybank is advertising a gurateed 5.8 % for 18 months and capital guranteed.
But have to put in for 4 years

another wil go for investment and will flatuate daily and the interest is not guranteed.
So after 2nd year without the gain profit interest you might get around 3.8% considering the 18months guranteed to be given in 18 months

So anyone going for it?

Im totally confused now which to take for my bank loan.

90% of the loan amount will be RM350k
2 banks giving good rates but dont know which to choose

FUlly flexi
PBB
-3 years lock in period
-2.4% but MRTA(comulsory) worth RM800 with sum issure RM100k first 5 yers and reduce for the next 3 years
-setup fees RM200 and monthly maint fees RM10/mth
-loan ternure 40 years
-comes with housing loan account and current account

HSBC
-3 years lock in period
-2.4% without MRTA
-No setup fees but main fees RM10/mth
-loan tenure 35 years
-only housing loan account

Can i know which gives options will u chose ompared with these 2 banks?

Last time mostly debate that islmaic loan not good compare to conventional but nowadays some said is almost the same.The total interest x the loans will shown up while the conventional is not shown .Conventional if you put more money inside then the interest rate will be lesser .For islamic if the more money you put in stil the same interest will be deducted but in the end will be deducted.So in conclusion is stil the same.Any pro to debate on this?

Some advice needed here as the market trend now for property
-sub sale condo worth RM500k and rental on going with RM2k per month(2 years)
-New project coming soon next to it with smaller size and more expensive than the subsale price

Which will you buy?
Buy and continue renting out after 5 years(total 7 years) let go or loan for the new project in 5 years time let go

Hi guys i need ur suggestion.As for budget wise x3 is affordable but x5 is expensive.But which is more user frenly as x3 using 2.3 but laggy and x5 quite smooth but using android 2.2.And compare to samsung ace and x5 which is better?
