Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Admin Executive & Customer Support to join our team. This role involves handling administrative tasks and providing excellent customer service for our used/reconditioned vehicle warranty program.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in daily administrative tasks, including data entry, document processing, and filing.
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
Provide information on warranty programs, terms, and conditions.
Process warranty claims and coordinate with relevant departments.
Maintain accurate customer records and warranty databases.
Support sales and operations teams with administrative duties.
Ensure timely follow-ups with customers and resolve any issues efficiently.

Requirements:
Prior experience in administration or customer support is an advantage.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in multiple language (Bahasa Melayu, English/Chinese) is preferred.

**WE ARE HIRING [ CONSTRUCTION SITE SUPERVISOR ] **

1. To monitor site progress, attend site meetings, maintaining general main contractor’s program of work at site.
2. To supervise, control and co-ordinate all site activities and push for work progress.
3. To resolve any problem that arises on site.
4. To coordinate between site progress & factory production.
5. Update manpower forecast daily to the management.
6. To produce site progress report & daily update.
7. Monitor & keep daily record of all site activities.
8. To liaise with consultants, main contractors and general workers involved in project, works arrangement in accordance with the work program.
9. To attend site visit and update progress to the management.
10. Monitoring delivery of construction materials and ensure that quality/types/dimension are per the specified requirements.
11. Ensure discipline and good morale maintained at the construction site.
12. Handling on site labor workers request and monitoring.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidates must possess knowledge and experience in Reinforce Concrete Work (Rebar, Concrete & Formwork)
- Candidates must possess at least DIPLOMA / DEGREE in construction or relevant field.
- High self-discipline management (punctual, committed to job etc.)
- Able to speak and write in English ,B.M. and Chinese/Mandarin(optional).
- At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in building construction field.
- Willing to travel and work in outstation (out from KL & Klang Valley) if necessary, allowance and accommodation will be provided.

Remuneration: Minimum starting from RM 3xxx (actual salary to be discuss depending on qualification and experience).
