I think back in 2024 my car kena flooded. 2004 honda accord. At pudu. Parked there then realised I can't do anything coz too late. Car edi half under water, can't start.

But I super happy about it. Coz I bought that car in like 2019 with RM24k.

After 5 years of driving, they actually declared my car as total lost because they can't find a replacement part for my car. Pay me back 21k.

Fuhhh, 5 years depreciated only 3k. I still remember people say me sohai buy old secondhand car. Totally worth it. 5 years driving D segment although it's older version.

Anyone here kena?

There is a newly completed project. The developer super suck. House with numerous defects. And it's been over 2 months haven't fixed everything. So I advice landlord to ignore the small defect and just fix on the important and obvious defect.

So leftover was 2 important defect. A very obvious cracked tiles at the living room and a water leaking stain above on the ceiling of masterbedroom. Long story short. Reported many times but no action taken. Go bising at dev office. Bring their manpower go see. Say will settle. Visited like more than 7 times. Still same issue.

Then sending reminder and demand letters. They still don't bother to fix the 2 issues.

Boleh claim tribunal edi?

Sometimes I see above the mountain/hill, there would be electric towers that connect electric from from where to the city. Some is even deep in the forest like bentong area.

Pork noodle or charkeowteow shop - RM1.50-2.00 easy. Just break inside the noodles.

Chinese restaurant fooyong egg. 3-4 bijik mix with onion. Can sell RM13-18

Fried oyster. 2-3 egg + oyster/lala. Rm12-20 in pasar malam

Feels like selling egg is eggcelent.
I think it might be a good proposal if I go richmoore hotel there and sell half boiled egg for RM5/2bijik.

I plan to buy a cheap car about 5-6k budget and standby 2k budget to fix it. The plan is to get a cheap car so that I can get my brother to work since he didn't have a job and totally can't work under his depression issue. So getting him a car and let him work as lalamove should be better than me feeding him monthly.

Any tips on buying? If got people bid then I follow bid? No people bid then don't follow?

Let's say my gf has a car under her name. But I drive it mostly. So the maintenance cost, repair cost paid by me. But the invoice is under her name.

I use it to deduct tax. They kacau or not if invoice not my name?

I help people do task of installing house fittings. They request invoice so I just generate one invoice under my name. If customer use that invoice to deduct tax, then will check my income or not? Value 3k-5k

Kepong Attacker Identified As Same Suspect in 2024

One of the men involved in the assault at a bak kut teh restaurant in Kepong last Thursday, 7 May, has been identified as the same suspect who allegedly slashed a victim with a cleaver two years ago
The suspect, 30-year-old memorial centre worker Wan Ken Fei, was charged at the Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court yesterday, 14 May, with voluntarily causing grievous hurt under Section 326 of the Penal Code.

Wan was jointly charged alongside carpenter Wong Weng Luen, 49, and technician Lai Kae Bin, 33. The trio claimed trial to assaulting a man after he reportedly stared at them at the restaurant.

Following the court proceedings, netizens discovered that Wan was also previously involved in an assault on 4 September 2024.

In that case, Wan, who was reported to have been working as a vegetable trader at the time, allegedly slashed then-24-year-old Muhammad Aidiel Zulhilmi Mohammad Yusri with a 32cm-long cleaver, reported the New Straits Times.

He was charged with two offences, causing grievous hurt and possessing a scheduled dangerous weapon in public, which carry prison sentences of more than 20 and 10 years, respectively.
