I bought a house recently however the owner informed that she has no floor plan for the house. My query is how can I find back the floor plan? I plan to renovate the house and the houses still under loan with previous owner. SNP was signed this week. Thus, the house has yet to be redeemed by the bank. Is there anyway I can find the floor plan? The current owner, apparently, renovated the house without DBKL's consent. Will I risk getting fine by DBKL?
