iCity property - ceiling crack

Back in 2018, the living room ceiling of my unit in icity cracking from 1 end to the other end, the developer fixed by pasting it which i was not agreed that should be the way of fixing as foresee it will crack again but developer ensure that will fix the issue permanently. Now the ceiling cracked again at the same spot as before, now icity refuse to fix giving reason warranty period ended. I further explained my this is an defect reported during warranty period but not fixed in right manner.

I hear under Limitation Act 1953 (Act 254) (“LA 1953”). Section 6(1) of LA 1953 , developer should still fix this issue as this is not wear and tear , what can i do if icity continue to ignore?

At the same time i also concern the safety of the building, cracking on ceiling (from 1 end to the other end) could it be building structural issue?

Appreciate advise.

Blot away any excess of the solution
Medicine is not for use on the lower eyelids
For best results apply the medicine in the evening daily
