Anyone can comment on the "foreign lawyer" phenomena in Singapore?

10. Can a foreign lawyer intending to work in Singapore practise his/her own law without re-qualifying?

A foreign lawyer can practise foreign law in Singapore, including his/her home country law, a third-country law, or international law, without re-qualifying, so long as that person is duly authorised or registered to practise law in a state or territory other than Singapore by a foreign authority having the function conferred by law of authorising or registering persons to practise law in that state or territory and he/she obtains an employment pass to practise foreign law.

Question: anyone here can advise on UTAR's grading system? How many point is required for 1st class, 2nd upper and 2nd lower? Is the same grading system applicable to part time student in pj campus? Interested to join on May 2011 intake....

Is Xbox 360 overprice in Malaysia?

just wondering is Xbox overprice in Malaysia? for example:

Arcade: US$199*3.6445(Bank Negara Msia conversion rate as at 20/03/09)=RM725, but most of the game shop selling it at RM1150.

however for Wii, the retail selling price in US is $249, therefore the fair price should be: $249*3.6445=RM907, however most of the game shop in kl is selling underprice @ RM850.

since Xbox 360 arcade version is US$50 cheaper than Wii, hence it is quite fair to say that X360 arcade is overpriced in malaysia...

any opinion??
