Hi, I have done my renovation back to Oct 2013. However, I found that water leak spot appear after sometimes. Need your advice What can I do to prevent this. Please help... I suspect it leak from 2nd bathroom as the wall is attached near to the bathroom...

I'm thinking to buy semi-d landed property in desa park city. No budget but must likely reasonable. I heard that there is going to have MRT in that area. May I know where is the location?

I know there are a few contructions on going in desa park city. However, I don mind to buy subsale, as long as it's a quite and safe to stay

Bathroom waterproof

Hi need your advice.
My contractor use kind of waterproof material that can mix with cement... then paint on top of floor tile. For the wall tile, it's only up to 1-2 feets. I don know the method he use is durable or not as I saw alot of method to do waterproofing in internet. My contractor said it's standard and it has no problem, but i still worry....

My question is.
1. Is the method durable?
2. How tall need to apply waterproofing in wall tiles?
3. Do we need to apply another materials onto wall edge and hole?

Really need your advice.
