Golf GTI swap with Megane250 or Subaru WRX STI?

Guys, need your opinions. First off, I'm no track day enthusiat but just a family man who just wants a good fun car as his daily driver. Lap times are not my priority.

Currently, I drive a Golf GTI Mk6 and was considering to switch to either a Renault Megane RS 250 or the latest Subaru WRX STI. Btw, I have to admit I'd prefer a auto transmission, and between the renault and scooby, I'd rather get the latter coz it has that option.

Few thoughts:
1. Yeah, I can remap GTI to 250hp and above, but it'll void my warranty.
2. More VW SC than those two.
3. Resale value of VW better than those two.
4. Maintenance costs of VW cheaper.
5. DSG is faster than scooby's simple auto and renault's manual.
6. What's the point of getting auto scooby? I don't mind.
7. I always love the renault, and its cheaper than scooby too. However, not sure if driving daily with a manual is gonna be a chore.
8. Feature wise, I think scooby has lots more going for it (AWD and Boxer engine)
9. Conti swap with jap?
10. Remap subaru to get 320hp possible without voiding warranty? Also, it can manage the power better with AWD.

Also, there's not many reviews online about the WRX STI sedan version.
