How-to buy more than 2 properties for individual

Hi ,,

Recently I was rejected loan due to high risk indi profile as classified by the publix bank. At this period, other bank is also reluctant to lend.

However, I wanna to solve the issue having high risk profile. My buying this time needs the help of rental income to justify the loan. I foresee that I wont be able to get good loan loan margin in future. Maybe 50% to 60% of loan amount. Bank becomes risk adverse as well logically speaking la....Thought of setting up IHC but heard rumors it is not helping a lot for further property acquisition. Majority bank only leads after ihc reaches 3 years so or some didn't like it too. Same story of risk as well when u buy under ihc but guaranteed by yourself.

Sifus how do you handle or cont your journey as investors? I am salaried man with no business income.

Hi

I am newbie in properties but very interested..
My sifu told to get undervalue properties and some course guru all promoting compression. I think compression is dangerous definitely from newbie standpoint when the prop is not able to be rented out. Otherwise need more capital to sustain while it gets rented.

Can you share also other way in investing in properties sustainably?
