My wife has been complaining about her balance credit getting deducted for unknown reason for the past 6 months ( or more). Yesterday i finally helped her to download the estatement via Hotlink app and i was shocked to see such charges, some of them even costed RM3 per message and we dont even know what premium services are these! I had to manually unsubscribed from these "premium services" to avoid being charged again!!

Bear in mind, this estatement only shows the last 30 days transactions, God knows how long this has been going on.

Its just LOW for Maxis to make profit this way.. Imagine folks who doesnt check their statements at all...

do you anyone know where can i get those plastic(transparent) jewel casings/cases for boxset audio cds? i looked everywhere but all i can find is single-disc casing. im looking for 1 that can hold 3-4 cds.

Problem description: im trying to configure my router ports so that i can run bitcomet,soulseek, etc.. i went into the 192.168.1.1 and followed what portforward.com instructed. at first all downloadings are running smoothly, but after a few days, the downloading would not be able to get connected. so i logged into 192.168.1.1 again to see what was going on - the rules i've applied earlier are gone! so i repeated the steps in portforward.com, and checked back a few days later, the rules are gone AGAIN! is there some way to make the configurations permanent?

Problem description: guys i've just got a d-link router modem. all my pcs/laptops are able to connect to streamyx, but when i run bitcomet, i just cant get connected.. everything is ok before this, with the adsl modem provided by tmnet. sorry for asking this, im a noob when it comes to this kind of techie thing, hope you guys dont mind it. oh is it necessary to upgrade the firmware? there's a thread in this board dedicated to this but i just dont have any idea what are they talking about.
