Having your own backyard water well

Hello forummers. Am wondering if anyone can share their experiences in drilling or having their own 'water well'. The idea came as an alternative to harvesting rainwater. To be clear, my house has access to piped water but am looking for 'free' water for water-intensive activities such as filling up a mini-pool, washing the car porch and yard etc.

Recomendation for note/netbook

Hi. I'm a bit behind when it comes to the latest hardware knowledge but i'm totally out when it comes to netbook. I'm looking for a budget (really low price!) for SOMETHING that will allow me to surf on the go. Normally it's just email, web browsing, facebook, msn.... not much movie downloads although may download songs every now and then.

So far, the Asus Netbook with N450 chipset 1.66Ghz, 1Gb RAM, 250Gb SATA (5400rpm), 10.1" display at RM950 looks best

The thing is, I really liked the Toshiba As100 Folio (so-called IPAD killer) but I was told it cant accept USB modem which is what I use to go online. My area only supports celcom wireless broadband (i have no access to landline or wifi coffeshop) so my internet connectability is severely limited. My budget is roughly RM1k although if I were to buy a netbook, it will need to be below RM1k. Full notebooks I think it's worth plonking in (slightly) more, around RM1.5k.

Again, it's 90% internet, 10% dvd watching/word processing

Hello. Am considering to buy 5530. AP set, standard package with 4Gb. Price RM699. Good deal? Good phone?

Any other phones with similar budget? This is for a girl. Not much use for internet.

I am also looking for a 3G phone. Which is the one that is value for money? Have a slight preference for Nokia but brand really doesnt matter that much. Value-for-money, i.e. budget and camera are of more importance.
