Can't register PTPTN account thru Online!

Guys I need some help.
I am just graduated from my Foundation level and processing to Degree on 26th March.
And I have made up my mind to borrow loan from PTPTN.
I have prepared everything, sspn account, cimb account, ptptn pin ,etc.

The problem I am facing now is when I try to click "Daftar" after I filled up all my Ic no, Time, Date and pin, it didnt redirect me to a website, instead it shows me an error . "could not connect to 202.171.42.183"

I have tried this since last week. And still I cant access.
Here is my question,

Is there any other way to register a ptptn account except thru online?
Is anyone facing the same problem as well?

My parents are travelling next week, because of this error, it delays my registration.
SO i think maybe i can register by myself even my parents are not around?
Is there any information i must get from my parents?
Ic no, Bank account no, EPF account no?

Need help with my desktop

Just now when i wake up from bed, my comp still function well, but after some pop-up it said "driver problem"under the taskbar and my screen keep blink for few times, it auto shut down. And after that i just try to on again, but I cant on the comp. It just got respond for 1 sec and it shutdown again. I think maybe is the graphic card problem, so i remove the GC and place in again. But its still the same. Any pros can guide me whats my problem?

Hi there, this is my very first time to visit Body Building treads.
I am 17 this year, I saw that my friends have good 6 packs but not that muscular. I wish to have those kind of body since my girl blaming too much.
What should I start first?

I am not an outdoor person.
Very less will do exercise.
Most of the time facing to computer.
Still a student.
Eat a lot, but not that fat.
Not muscular not fat either.

If its possible, please teach some basics way to start push ups.
And how should I start with a Exercise life?

It used Canada Post to deliver the package for me.
But he says it will took about a week.
I have waited a week and i think i am confused with the shipping statue.
It did not said the package sent out.

Sorry for asking dumb question,
But seriously i need some help about girl's foot size.

1 week ago, i bought a shoes from US which cost me MYR580.
I bought it cause its on sales and its hard to find the shoes in Malaysia.
In facts, Malaysia don't sell it.

So its US 6, i wonder age range around 17-20, what their size will be?
For a normal girl of course.
I want to know the majority size, is that US 6 small or big enough to fit a normal girl foot?

Problems regarding LDR

Another 2 more weeks she will be coming back from Australia, its excited for LDR couples.
But starting these few weeks, we have no more conversation to talk, even everyday we skype with each other , she will be doing something else even msn someone more then talk to me.

she laugh when chatting with other people, but with me, she will just answer me: not funny at all.
Its like pulling me so down and cause me very moody.

Last week she told me she wants to overnight in her friend's house.
Usually i will not allow, but since she want it so badly, I have no choice and just let her go.
She know i am moody and ask me to "Open an eye and close an eye"(cantonese).
So I allowed her to overnight.
For me, its unsafe.
If anything happened who should i contact to?
No one.
I don't know hows her living style and don't know who she friend with.
It's hard for us to believe each other, even i am Loyal to her.

Just now, 5 mins earlier.
She told me she will going to beach for 3 days.
For 3 days?
Big reaction from me. She know i don't like it but why ?
I asked who she will going with, she list tons of name which i never hear from her before.

Shes coming back another 2 weeks later, and I cant so selfish let myself suffer like this.
She said i think alot, but i dont really think so.
Cause i am a person who believe myself with confident.

I cant feel the passion anymore, I cant feel the way we usually chat anymore.
Everything changed, I found a paper scrip from her, which full of sweetness and lovely hand drawing on there, I show to her.
And her react like nothing at all.
It even hurts me.
I am the one who keep trying hard to maintain our relationship , I did alot to hold her down.
Maybe shes the one who confess to me and now shes bored with me?

Who knows, i will send this LYN link to her and let her know how do i really feel.

*Advice needed, should us take sometime to claim down or find another way to slove it?
