            <title>iPhone 3G with Unlimited Data Plan</title>

            <description>Dear all sifus,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My 3G internet settings does not seems to work with my iphone 3G even though i&amp;#39;ve applied everything i&amp;#39;ve search at forum in regards to the 3g settings for celcom. hope you guys can shed some light to my problem.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;When i switch phone to nokia N95, same sim card, celcom3g works like a charm&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I called celcom careline for help. they referred me to the technical department after telling them i need the 3g internet settings for iPhone 3G.&lt;br /&gt;they just told me to set APN to celcom3g and it should work.&lt;br /&gt;Tried but to no avail.&lt;br /&gt;told the officer it works with nokia N95 but not with iphone&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;the celcom officer then told me i might need to unlock my 3g sim card by using a device in order to use the unlimited data plan WITH IPHONE.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Up to now i still can&amp;#39;t connect to internet using celcom3g. &lt;br /&gt;Is it really need to use a device to unlock my sim card? is the sim card locked by default? by the way what is sim-lock?&lt;br /&gt;What could be the problem? &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Desperately need help&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;Information&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;iPhone is officially unlocked (Singtel) FW2.2, jailbroken&lt;br /&gt;Previously maxis user, ported to celcom(last week), keeping my number 012-xxxxxxx&lt;br /&gt;Subscribed to 3G unlimited data plan RM68 per month.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Settings&lt;br /&gt;&lt;i&gt;Settings - Network&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Enable 3G [ON]&lt;br /&gt;&lt;i&gt;Settings - Network - Cellular Data Network&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;APN - celcom3g&lt;br /&gt;Username and password blank&lt;br /&gt;Data roaming (tested with both on and off)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;</description>
