Tracert Always Timed Out

ISP/package: streamyx
Location: kelantan
Have you called your ISP's helpline?: yes

Personal equipment
Modem: billion
Router: adsl
Firewall used: windows

Problem details
First occurence of problem: recently
Problem frequency: often
Problem description: like title..

Recently when i surfing, there is always Time-Out if it
two or three time it still okay but it happen
very often.. can be say 1 over 4 is time out..

so i check tracert -d / tracert it display
like this..

direct connection.. don't use telephone.. so i try..
