Wira Aircon Problem

Anyone ever had this problem? My Wira aircon in jams, is not cold, and the RPM is fluctuating from 900-1300rpm. Temperature all ok, radiator just serviced, fan is working. Any wira experts can tell me what's the problem?

Loose Sync Port

I know there's a sunken home button thread, but I thought I'd ask the iphone users here. Is your sync port holding your sync cable well? Or is it loose? I mean not really loose, like when you pull the sync cable from the cable itself, does it come off? Just wondering since my wife's iphone has that, not really obvious. There's a slight difference in sync cable tightness, and we both got our iPhones from DiGi in April. Oh, and I tried different cables, with same results, so its not about the cables.

Proton Wira key can't turn and start

Just yesterday, I experienced a very troublesome and worrying problem. When I insert the key to the ignition slot, I can't turn the key even to turn on the battery (engine fan, radio, etc.). Its like the mechanism is locked similar to when you have your steering wheel locked.

What is the solution to this? Anyone experienced this?

Upon googling, I found that spraying WD40 at the keyhole can help, is this advisable?

I have checked my key, and there's no noticeable bend at all.

I drive a manual by the way.

Gigabyte P35-DQ6 Boot cycle problem

I have a Gigabyte P35-DQ6 with an E6420 cpu that I have been running at 3.2ghz for since I bought it. The prob is yesterday, it decided to not overclock, and runs at the default 2.13ghz. Now, I tried but I couldn't stand the slow performance (it was even slower than an average laptop), so I went back to the setup menu at changed settings a few times, and rebooted a few times to try and get back the 3.2ghz. I selected memory voltage management (or something) to Auto instead of manual and when I rebooted, it just gives 2 short beeps, then auto-reboots, 2 short beeps, then auto-reboots and the cycle continues.

That is basically my problem. It continues to boot cycle until no tomorrow. Usually it will revert back to default settings. I have tried clearing the CMOS by jumper, removed the battery, even tried the combination of both. Nothing works.

I don't think I have any warranty left, so how do I send this for fixing? Its an expensive motherboard and I don't think I can even buy it now.

Proton Wira Hood/Bonnet Problem

I just tried opening the hood of my '95 Wira but the wire connecting the lever snapped. Is there an alternative way to open the hood? Manually from the hood itself perhaps? Thanks.
