DVI vs Digital Max Resolution

Guys, I am puzzled with the max resolution for DVI and Digital.

I'm planning to upgrade my GC to ASUS R7 240OC (I'm not a gamer, I only plan to do some photo/video editing) to connect to Dell U2515H monitor. Dell monitor has a max resolution of 2560 x 1440. According to Asus website http://www.asus.com/Graphics_Cards/R7240OC...specifications/ this card has max resolution like below:

DVI Max Resolution: 1920x1200
Digital Max Resolution: 2560x1600

The GC has no DP. Only 1x D-sub, 1xDVI-D, 1xHDMI output.

I read from some other forum that a 1.4a HDMI cable can blast 2560 x 1440 but how much is that cable cost? and how I know the GC/monitor can support this cable?

BMG plate will need to go to car A, KDR plate to car B, WA plate to car C.
car A and B is the same owner, C is another owner.

Hi guys,
I am thinking to get a macbook pro to replace my currently outdated desktop pc. And I wish to retain my old internal hdd and transfer into an external hdd by putting on an enclosure.
I have concern on the compatibility due to the hdd was windows formatted and could not be read on macbook and I have to format the entire hdd that would resulted in losing all the data inside.

I dont have another pc where I can make a temporarily transfer and the data is close to 1tb in size.

2nd house for investment/rental income

Hi all sifus,

First I would like to apology if some of my question here is odd and noob in gamer sense. But, I know only little about investment in property so pls bear with me.. Thanks.

I have some spare cash now after years of saving and currently looking to buy another house/condo for investment or rental income.
But I have a few concern regarding my credit ability to bank. I have a condo unit in PJ (which I'm currently staying) and a car, both are on loan. So I am pretty concern that I had hit the maximum quota of monthly repayment-to-salary. Before I started to source out for property, I would like to check if my loan is going to be approve. Otherwise, I can save the hassle at the very beginning.

1. Some told me that total repayment amount equivalent to 58% of my net salary is the maximum quota I have. However, some told me it was 70%, or even 80%. How do bank judged that?
2. I have a few source of income which mean my salary doesnt justified my repayment ability. Can I submit only my tax receipt as loan document as it could reflect my income?
3. Since I am buying the property for rental income, can I add this rental income as a supporting point for loan? How do I pursue bank to do this?
