For me I can't remember anytime I screw kau people. I really cannot find it in my heart to scold anyone. But I see some people very natural. They can fark ppl upside down very well. Like sometimes if low end people don't do job well, they can really scold them like dogs. Sometimes they won't mind bring it to management level.

Just want to ask those hiring people. If a candidate is sometimes sent out by their company to serve overseas customers, would it be considered a strong point in hiring this person? Or it does not matter since it is a globalized world.

Title cannot fit too many words. Basically, PTPTN should give out a form to defaulters to give them the option to pay back one shot with additional interest using their EPF after they retire. PTPTN can charge more interest. Good idea right? Then PTPTN on their side do not blacklist ppl to go overseas.

I think we should not prejudge people. Everyone also has a certain level of conscience and if a place can offer degree there has to be some element of quality in it. This would mean that the grads have a reasonable grasp of the English language and have some decent analyzing skills. So just curious lah, the maids we import from Indon got degree at least or not?

Supplements seized from math genius’ home

HEALTH supplements worth RM600,000 were confiscated from the home of child prodigy Adi Putra Abdul Ghani in Gombak, Selangor.

The family of the 11-year-old, known to be a mathematics genius, runs two companies which deal with health products under the Adi Putra brand.

Metro Ahad reported that the Saturday raid was conducted by the Health Ministry’s pharmaceutical services division.

Among the items seized was a healing remedy for joints, priced at RM25 per bottle.

“Clinical tests confirmed it contained steroid. It is not a traditional medicine as stated on the label,” said senior assistant director of enforcement Mazlan Ismail.

Steroids, he explained, could bring side effects like bone decay, high blood pressure and kidney damage.

Six other supplements were also confiscated and would be tested to determine their contents.

He said the products were not certified by the ministry and were believed to have been available on the market for a few months.

Adi Putra and his family were not home during the raid. They were said to be attending a seminar in Sabah.

A woman, who was in the house, said she knew nothing about the legality of the supplements.

“I have been working here for just a month. My job is just to stick the Adi Putra label on the bottles and put them in boxes,” she said.

So I was driving to work and the road feels more jam than before. I see more cars now are WTG, WTH. I was wondering if all the number plates for WTF has been taken up before JPJ will change to another alphabet, in this case G. If really need to finish until 9999 means already got so many cars on the road. Damn sien drive.

Nowadays people say Proton good. Perodua's DVVT sells itself. So why not just bring in a 'perceived' low quality car from China? Its not like Chery is Honda or Toyota. Chery is only 12 years old after all.

How long does it take for house loan

Just would like to hear from your experiences. If lets say I sign agreement to buy house on 9th March, how long would it take before the bank approves it? One week?

This is dilemma I am in. My company is retrenching people but the names are coming in slowly by the months. I could be safe, I could not. No specific set of criteria is set for firing people. I have been thinking of purchasing a house for some time now and was waiting for the price of houses to be lowered. I understand that getting a bank loan is one of the hardest step and the step that can forfeit my 10% deposit if it does not go through.

So now I am fighthing against time, thus the Q. I am taking the chance that I may still be in work by end of April. Many thanks for any advice.
