Travel Agent in Penang who Deals with China Visa

Can anyone recommend any reliable travel agents in Penang (George Town) who helps with visa application for China? My niece lives in Penang and it's a hassle for her to travel to KL to apply at the consulate.

By the way, she will be buying tickets on her own and only need the visa service from the travel agent.

Can't make changes or save files on C: drive

Dear all experts, My C: drive always resets to its original form after restarting. I don't seem to be able to make any changes to anything save on it. For example, I downloaded a new version of Msn messenger onto this drive. The next day when I start up, the application will be gone. Or if I save a document file on this drive, it would not be there after I restart. Is it because my C: drive is write protected? My father was using this computer in the past and had so many problems with it (virus etc etc). So I think the computer tech guy changed it to read only. Don't know.
How do I change it back to read and write?
I'm using windows Xp.

Do you think facebook is a good way? Friends have mentioned facebook a few times. But I'm not sure if adding people blindly is effective.

Overseas and Maybank Visa Debit Card Locked

Need help! I was doing some online purchase and was directed to this visa verification page. I entered the password more than 3 times and now my visa debit card is locked. Does anyone know the process to have this problem solved. I am currently on business outside Malaysia and phone calls to maybank customer service are not too convenient. My card type is the Cherry Visa Debit Card.

Planning to cover the Scandinavian countries this summer. Friend and I were thinking some time this June. We're flying out from Hong Kong. We're both females (early 30s). Is anyone also planning on such a trip and would like to go in a small group? I work the southern part of China at the moment, so flying out from HK is ideal. We can meet up in either HK if that's convenient for you too or when we get to Stockholm/Helsinki.

How to input WEP key?

I have the WEP key but have no idea how to type it into the password field. I'm using Airport on Macbook. I opened up the "join other network" and type in network name. It prompted me for password and I selected WEP password. But when I typed in the key and waited, it said incompatible security. Sometimes it said connection time out.

If the key is AA:BB:7B:C9:30, do I type in the colon signs too? A friend told me to ad $ sign in front of the key. I tried but didn't work. Should I have selected the Hex or ASCII password instead? I also have the ASCII key. It's a 5 character thingy. But it's made up of special characters and I can't type it in the password field because the keyboard does not show these characters.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Student Discount at the Apple Online Store

Im getting a Macbook for my niece for Christmas. Planning to buy online at the Apple Online Store.

I've heard of the education discount. What information or supporting documents do I have to present to be eligible for the discount? My niece is now studying in KL and won't be back during the time I get her the Macbook. Do I just make a photocopy of her student ID?
