Sylphy 2012 gearbox click sound when step brake

Hi,
Any owner of Sylphy 2011/2012 that have gearbox clicking sound when stepping brake? Obvious when at low speed can hear the sound.

Any workshop to recommend? I read online it could be gearbox solenoid issue.

Any comment would be good.

What's the best modem wifi router?

Hi,
I am looking for modem wifi router that can support 20 devices with reliability and stability.
Currently the Modem is provided by Unifi and using D-Link AC1000.

Somehow connection still not stable and gets intermittent disconnection.

Any recommendation for small office with 20 devices?

I read of the Linksys WRT AC1900 but with the existing Unifi modem, I am afraid the connection will still get disconnected.

Any advice sifus out there?

How to cancel booking form?

Hi all,

I am face with a tough situation now. Hope anyone out there can advise.

I placed a booking fee of 3% and it has been 23 days from my booking form signing date that I have not seen my inventory list. The owner has not been responding to my request and more over the place is now off limits due to the explosion.

I wish to cancel the transaction and get my full refund. How can i do so? Anyone can help?

I would like to understand why the prices psf for Angkasa Impian 1 has dropped within 2 years while Angkasa Impian 2 is still holding onto good price psf. I also notice that there are alot of units of Angkasa Impian for rent advertised in Iprop.

I'm now considering Fairlane Residence vs Angkasa Impian. What are your opinions on rental yield and appreciation?
