<Want to ask> Those HID or Xenon-like H4/H7 bulbs?

As per the title, I'm looking to replace my H7 bulbs and i'm intrigued with those near-white halogen bulbs that have a pinkish + slight yellowish hue. They look kind of like factory HID lights.

Can someone tell me what are those bulbs?
