A notis from Falcon Field on pemberitahuan terakhir prosiding tindakan mahkamah

Need some advice here...

I just received a notis pemberitahuan terakhir prosiding tindakan mahkamah from Falcom Field & Partners saying that I got tunggakan with TM technology services sdn. bhd. that masih belum dijelaskan!
But:
- The name showed in notis is a Chinese name but is not my name nor my tenant name.
- My tenant are malays and I have not rented my unit to any Chinese before.
- The address showed was my unit address.
- I have not applied any unifi nor tmnet for my unit.

How should I dispute this notis where me and my tenant have not applied any unifi nor tmnet for my unit and the person name stated in the letter was not my name nor my tenant name?

Need some advice here...

So, I just received a saman from DBKL saying that my car was illegally parked at Jalan 2/3 back in June 2023 but:
- the car number was not my car nor my tenant car.
- the IC number was not my IC nor my tenant IC.
- the name stated in the saman was not my name nor my tenant name.
- the address looks like my unit address!
- why I say looks like? As it should be Block A instead of Block 1.
- the address does not have the jalan name but just the condo name.

How do I dispute this saman which me and my tenant did not offend but somehow the address looks like my unit address?

Fotile gas hob GCG90201 battery spec/requirement

Hi All,

Anyone know what is the battery spec/requirement for Fotile gas hob GCG90201?
And kindly pls recommend any battery that can work with this gas hob.

I had checked the use manual and it just show suggested D Alkaline battery only.
I had tried with EVEREADY D size battery but the electro spark always 1 tick only and cannot ignite the gas.
I then changed to ENERGIZER D size Alkaline battery but the electron spark is always few ticks on 1st time and 1 tick for subsequent time.

The D size battery that came with the gas hob is called RAYMAX (which I can't find it here) and the electron spark is always keep on ticking until you release the knob.
But I feel like it is weaker now and that's why looking for the replacement for it.
After I tried with the EVEREADY and ENERGIZER battery and changed back to this RAYMAX batter, the electron spark is keep on ticking till knob is release.
This looks more like a battery issue to me.

Hi All,

Not sure where to post this topic and therefore tumpang it in kopitiam...
Can any sifu here advice on for fridge's freezer wall (internal) cracked like this can be repair or not?
If can be repair, can it be DIY?
Or will need professional sifu to repair it?
Or it is time to scrap it?

Fridge freezer can get cold but not sure will the cold get leak away or not.
And most importnant, is it safe to use or not?
