Dear Account Manager,

I would like to make a complain on your staffs services.
I’ve submitted an auto debit form around June/July 2011 to TMpoint(Taman Desa) hoping that my bill will be automatically charge to my credit card.
However, after around 2 months, there was no action taken. I decided to check the current stage from the TMpoint branch again but I’ve been informed that they never get my form.
I submitted another form on the spot, hoping this to be settle ASAP, as I need to leave the country for more than a year.
Until now I have not get any respond reply. I asked my sister to make a call to TM and the reply is, TM has unable to contact my phone number. Obviously, because I’m not in Malaysia.
The customer service officer ask my sister to get my credit card detail, and resubmit the form again.
The super lame excuse ARE, system down and something wrong with the process.
Look, I have no time for these kind of lame excuse. This has been delayed for months. I’ve submitted the form for TWICE.
Can you tell me what can I do to make your staffs (TMpoint) stop wasting my time and effort?
Please ADVISE!

If someone from the forum know anyone from UNIFI, can you please help?
