            <description>Hi All,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Recently i have targeted Millennium Square, Section 14 PJ as my another investment unit. i would like to ask is it still worth to invest / or target rental yield? because the price is abit high for a leasehold condo&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Unit Info:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Build-up : 1132sf&lt;br /&gt;Room: 2+1 room with 2 bathroom.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Price: RM500k&lt;br /&gt;Tenure: Leasehold (i think still have 90 years)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Location: very strategic, as the new shopping mall is developing now.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Based on I-property, rental for fully furnish can go up to RM2700.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My objective is to get some positive cash flow for few years (3-5years), then will sell it off.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Please advise....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tq</description>

            <description>Hi all,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am planning to get a truck and after filter up, this is the 2 option that came out.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Nissan Navara - 2.5At 4WD&lt;br /&gt;Ford Ranger - 2.2At 4WD&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Usage purpose:&lt;br /&gt;- Town use only&lt;br /&gt;- Carry medium weight stuff, but not so often.&lt;br /&gt;- passenger capacity &amp;amp; comfort&lt;br /&gt;- interior design (prefer more advance technology)&lt;br /&gt;-Low maintenance &amp;amp; fuel saving&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Any comment?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;TQ</description>

            <description>Hi all,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am new in this forum.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Currently i just graduated and have a bachelor degree major in Travel &amp;amp; Tourism Management and a certificate in Event Management. Both are from one of the top university in London, UK.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I was seeking a job in the field of Event or Exhibition Management.
