eSIM options for prepaid?

Hi,

I am currently working abroad and need to keep my MY number for banking and WhatsApp.

I am looking for a prepaid option with long validity. I am currently on Hotlink, it works great with 365 validity, but there is no eSIM option.

Any advice?

Is there an official lyn Astro Fibre thread?

My dad recently moved to Astro Fibre and it is already hurting my homelab setup.

1. CGNAT
2. RG21 router/mesh is weak and slow for me.
3. Default DNS resolution is slow.

My RG21 is acting up. It is rebooting every 10-60mins. I have wifi disabled on it since I run my own APs.

DNS resolution put the box is slow so I moved to cloudflare but there is still a lag. Feels like DPi

I want to switch the RG21 for my own opnsense box. Has anyone moved to their own router?

Need some advise.

I have been working abroad for some time and have given up all my Malaysian credit cards. I am back for a few months and would love to make some purchases for my parents on Lazada and Shopee. However, both website don't accept non-Malaysian CC.

TnGo, DuitNow also don't accept non-Malaysian cards to use them. Grab does, so that takes care of transport and food payments at foodcourts.

Is that a way for me to use my non-Malaysian credit card to shop on Lazada and Shopee? I prefer to use my CC as I get good cash back and air miles.
